Refund policy

🔁 Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

• You must provide a proof of purchase or order confirmation

• Items must be returned within 14 days of your return request being approved

Please note: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened food or consumable items unless the product is damaged or faulty.

Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@treasonfoods.com with photos and a description of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

🔄 Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please complete your return and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
